I ordered a victron MPPT 100/20, their response time and communication was fantastic. I will be looking forward to dealing them again when my next project comes along.

Ordered a GoodWe EH inverter for our off grid setup. Arrived in a couple of days, well packed, no issues at all with the product.
Received emails at every step, checkout, shipment, tracking and an after sales email to check up if everything went OK and it was the right Inverter for our install.
Very good customer support, Genuine Australian stock - not drop shipped from China. Good to know there are real people available to help if something goes wrong.
No issues at all recommending this company to friends.

Energy Eco were fantastic to deal with — super friendly, great communication, and kept me updated the whole way through, even after delivery.
I purchased a Victron GX Touch 50 with wall mount and it was completely plug-and-play with my Cerbo GX. Works perfectly and looks great mounted in my caravan.
They even included (small charge)an extended 5-year warranty (10 years total), which was a great bonus. Highly recommend Energy Eco for Victron gear!

FAQ & Help

What battery do I need for my trolling motor?

Match the voltage first: trolling motors are 12V, 24V or 36V — check your motor's spec. Then size for run time: a motor drawing 50A at full power uses 50Ah per hour, so a 100Ah lithium gives roughly 2 hours flat-out or a full day of normal fishing (you rarely run full power). We recommend a DEDICATED deep-cycle lithium for the trolling motor, separate from your start and electronics batteries — lithium holds voltage under load right to the end, where lead-acid fades as it drains. Our Trolling Motor Batteries range is built for exactly this.

Which shaft length fits my boat?

Measure from where the motor mounts on the bow straight down to the waterline, then add enough that the propeller stays at least 30cm below the surface — and add more again if you fish choppy water, since a prop that ventilates in waves loses all thrust. Send us your bow-to-waterline measurement and where you fish and we'll confirm the right shaft before you order — a too-short shaft is the most common trolling motor return.

What warranty do Minn Kota trolling motors carry?

In Australia (through distributor BLA), Minn Kota saltwater/Riptide motors carry 2 years, and models with Advanced GPS Navigation (i-Pilot) carry 3 years — the third year requires registering the motor. Freshwater motors carry the same 2 or 3 years but the warranty is void if used in saltwater or brackish water, so buy the saltwater model for the coast. The composite shaft is warranted for the original owner's lifetime. Warranty service is through Minn Kota authorised service centres, not the retailer — contact us and we'll direct you. In addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Official policy: https://minnkota.com.au/warranty/
