Ordered a GoodWe EH inverter for our off grid setup. Arrived in a couple of days, well packed, no issues at all with the product.
Received emails at every step, checkout, shipment, tracking and an after sales email to check up if everything went OK and it was the right Inverter for our install.
Very good customer support, Genuine Australian stock - not drop shipped from China. Good to know there are real people available to help if something goes wrong.

Which VE.Can BMS cable (Type A or Type B) does my battery need?

Type A and Type B are wired differently and are not interchangeable. Type B: Pylontech US2000/US3000 (original), UP2500, and Energy Eco Semi-Solid State 48V. Type A: Pylontech US2000C/US3000C/UP5000/US5000/US5000B/Force-L, Fusion Lithium, and BYD. Unsure? Ask us before ordering.

What warranty do Pylontech batteries carry?

Pylontech US-series batteries (US2000C, US3000C, US5000, US5000B) sold in Australia carry a 10-year warranty, with a guaranteed minimum capacity of 60% of nominal energy over the warranty period and an energy-throughput cap (around 2.8-3.0MWh per module, cycled at 1C or less). Three conditions matter: register the product with the warranty card at purchase, install and operate per Pylontech's instructions with a compatible inverter, and keep the system logs — since late 2025 Pylontech require log files and a completed claim form, so a claim without them can be refused. Claims run through us and Pylontech's Australian distributor. In addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
